For health and hygiene reasons, pillows, quilts, underlays, bed toppers, mattress and pillow protectors cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless faulty or not as ordered.
For products purchased online and delivered within Australia we will accept returns for change of mind within 30 days from date of purchase or if faulty.
Returns are not available on underwear (briefs only) and hosiery, unless faulty.
For all returns tags must be still on the item.
For products purchased online and delivered outside of Australia, we will accept returns for faulty items only.
